Intel launched the new generation of its Core i laptop at the beginning of 2010, and now we got our first update for the series. The update is not a radical and not great, but just raising simple speeds, while the evidence and everything else remains the same.
New processors:
Intel Core i5-560M
Speed: 2.66 GHz
More than even: 3.2 GHz
Number of cores: 2
Power: 35W
L3 cache: 3MB
Intel Core i5-580M
Speed: 2.66 GHz
More than even: 3.33 GHz
Number of cores: 2
Power: 35W
L3 cache: 3MB
The former gradually replaces the processor therapists current i5-540M and the 2.53 GHz, so as you can see, there is a big difference.
Intel Core i7-640M
Speed: 2.8 GHz
More than even: 3.4 GHz
Number of cores: 2
Power: 35W
L3 cache: 4MB
The i7-640M is updated to the current model i7-620M which is 2.66 GHz
